Strategizing which tools, methodologies and deliverables to utilize given the project at hand, timeline, resources and persons involved, that will produce the most impactful resolution or results.

UX Process

An iterative process of exploring through various research methodologies, task flows, wireframes, rapid prototyping and usability testing. Defining while utilizing information architecture best practices, site maps, persona creation and stakeholder presentations. Validating data and products by identifying KPI’s, usability testing, metric evaluation and synthesis.

But most the time..

 

Meet with clients or stakeholders to identify their needs, communicating the project specifications to the product design team, conceptualizing and refining product designs. Moreover, addressing client concerns, as well as making necessary changes to the product as I see fit.

Select and balance specific stages, methodologies and deliverables of the design process within budget and the ROI the business is bearing to achieve. Formulate how to achieve that goal. Look at each step, understand the goals behind each and change processes & tools based on the project at hand.

 

Knowing when to skip wireframes and go straight to mocks and when to never deliver mocks and deliver a prototype instead.
