Information architecture for virtual conference platform

Prior to 2020, the ATS hosted an annual international conference for continuing education credits, networking events and industry partners for 16K+ attendees. Less than two months prior to conference date we had to change the location - virtually.

Used as a resource for our org’s annual international (now virtual) conference There were a variety of stakeholders and moving parts on how to communicate and finalize this doc. It resulted in a beneficial tool.
