User Journey Map

Prior to 2020, the ATS hosted an annual international conference for continuing education credits, networking events and industry partners for 16K+ attendees. Less than two months prior to conference date we had to change the location - virtually.

Used as a resource for our org’s annual international (now virtual) conference. This journey map showcases three stages and the attendee’s actions/motivations while highlighting potential problems and opportunities throughout their journey.
